The program is a lot of fun. Once a year in May, youth from all over the state of Washington converge on the State Capitol for four days. We set up a House and a Senate, and elect a Governor, and a whole host of other positions. Each person writes a bill, and we debate them as if we were the actual legislature. (We even get to use the actual chambers they do!)
